Consumer Redressal

This is in reference to my ABN AMRO credit card which was defaulted due to loss of job and the account was later purchased by Phoenix ARC with account number R1CP136464. Please note that I have recently settled my Barclays card with Phoenix ARC and then requested the person in personal to provide a months’ time to arrange the funds so the said account can be settled, but from past one week someone named Mr. Bhati phone number +91-8826241010 from by Phoenix ARC Vikas Puri New Delhi- 110018 is continuously calling me to settle the said account and today he threatened me face negative consequences if I will not settle the card. He told me that he belongs to Vikas Nagar in Uttarakhand place near to my hometown and threatened to give trouble to my parents as well as my in-laws. I would like to highlight this incident regarding the behaviour of Collections agents represented by Phoenix ARC. Since this is regarding my own family, I am taking the responsibility to highlight it for safety and wellbeing, concerning the route Kotak takes. The details of the personnel involved are - Collection agency - Phoenix Trust FY 12-6 Scheme A Collection Agent Mr. Bhati phone number +91-8826241010 from G-9 Nr Pvr Sonia Cinema Vikas Puri New Delhi- 110018. Please explain that this matter is in between Phoenix arc Trust and me that why are they threatening to involve my family, which process allows to call customer\'s personal contacts, can the process allow you to threaten and take a decision to call my in-laws. The above defined behavior has caused tremendous harassment and complex psychological disturbance to me and my wife. I would like to look into the matter ASAP because I am concerned of my wife’s as well my personal security
