I, Chiranji Lal Tegta, state that placed the for the purchase of 12 Bottles of Canola Oil- to the Star CJ Live, home shopping channel vide online Order No.20140507046412 & the payment of Rs. 1377/- was made through HDFC credit card No. ending 5004. The Parcel was delivered to me on 12-5-15 when I opened it and saw there was only 6 bottles of canola oil instead of 12 . I registered the complaint with the customer care on 12-5-14. The reply received via SMS BP-STARCJ DATED 12-5-14 AT 12.47 p.m. “Dear customer, Your service request has been registered we will contact you soon. I also send the mails on 7, 12, 14, 15, 16, 19, 20, & 21-5-14 to response @starcj .com . Around 20 times I made calls to the Customer care No. 01244306000. They have not responded . More than 10 days period has been elapsed but I have not received the satisfactory reply from Star CJ Live. Please resolve my issue & Starcj may be directed to refund of Rs.699/- immediately.
