Iyer Ramesh Raman Posted On: 2013-01-19 FD Repayment My name is Iyer Ramesh Raman. I have invested Rs.50,000(Rupees Fifty Thousand ) with Birla Power Solutions as Fixed Depost for a period of 3 years. The maturity date is Dec 2013. After hearing about the companies financial woes I contacted my financial consultant ‘Integrated Enterprises Ltd’ and they adviced me to do a pre mature withdrawal. I had sent the FD receipt to the Company throught Integrated in November. So far I havent heard anything from the company regarding repayment. I have already registered a complaint with Ministry of Corporated Affairs Reference # SRN B65159725. Requesting you to kindly advice what course of action I can take. Thanking you.
