Sir,
A gaming service has been activated on my mobile by idea on 20/05/2014 at 12:32 AM, they activated it without my consent and charged rs 20 for it. On calling the customer care the person at customer care told me that it was a web service and they not handle web service related complaint, when i told her that how i register my complaint she told me this type of complaint not registered anywhere.
Sir, because my balance was deducted by idea without my consent why idea not accepting this complaint. Please solve my problem and reverse my balance and do some action against irresponsible and unmannered customer care.
