I\'ve bought a alliance broadband internet connection which was activated on 25th of April,2014 the plan i\'ve selected includes 1mbps international bandwidth,upto 4mbps on night.and peering speed of 25 mbps,and this is where the problem started I\'m not geting the peering speed at all. so i want my installation charge back and they can have there connection. i will be much obliged if you can help me regarding this.my plan name is preferred
