Consumer Redressal

I have booked Ubislate Tablet 7Ci (Order No. PM0F68DE2124) and paid amount in Feb 2012 & Aug 2012 i.e. total amount Rs.4299/-. As per their committment, tablet shall be deleiver to my home address within 10 days, but till today I have not received my order. Their toll-free number 18001802180 is not working and 01832708512 is always busy. I had sent many reminders to their email address but no satisfactory reply has been received yet. Further I have also asked for refund of my amount but no response. Few weeks back their executive called me and assured for delivery of my tablet within 10 days but all was false. Now almost 11 months have been passed and they have not provided me anything. I request your intervention in this matter for fulfillment of my order or refund of my money.
