Consumer Redressal

Respected Sir/ Mam. I booked a diwan cum bed from Manhattan furnitures in the exhibition held by Times Of India furniture exhibition . There were a lot of suppliers there showcasing their furnitures and I selected this diwan cum bed . I informed the owners there that the bed is needed for my wedding and if they assure me a delivery before my wedding I am willing to book it . They agreed to it and also agreed to measure the area of my bedroom and prepare the furniture accordingly . The booking date was 02/03/14 and the delivery date was 20 days ahead that is by 22/03/14 . I had to pay a booking amount of 10000/- rupees which was paid thru my debit card . The wedding date which was 15th April passed and a delivery was made but the bed was of wrong size . I called the coordinator and he agreed to get another one made . After this there have been numerous calls to him and dates given to me but yet the furniture has not been delivered . Its been 3 months now and now dey dont even answer cal
