I got my phone Nokia Lumia 720 repaired from Shree Shyam cell point, Gurgaon, Touch screen of the phone was replaced, he charged me 6500 ₹, Now the phone screen keeps on malfunctioning, I took it back to the repair shop but he says it could be a software issue taking no responsibility what so ever, so kindly guide me in filing a complaint with District consumer forum
