Consumer Redressal

I have placed an order with retail Bunny with Order ID - DXZMTMAJU and order no.1094 for a mobile Samsung galaxy quattro on may 1st but still the order has not been dispatched till 17 May 2014.Despite me calling many times and emailing there is very little response and the consumer care doesn\'t have any ETA and answers for even minute queries.The Site seems to be Fraudulant and needs a severe action despite which many customers end up losing their hard earned money. I have placed a refund request and i came to know that it takes 20+ days for getting the refund, this sums up to 45 days from the day i placed my order and paid up entire amount. I\'m strictly loosing all my money and interest i can get on the amount and mental turmoil added to it. Please take a strict action and resolve this issue as soon as possible.I demand a refund and additional interest of 15000/- for the mental turmoil i faced and interest i loosed on my investment.
