Consumer Redressal

I have purchased a dinning table from AMG\'s Furniture BTM Layout on 28th August 2013 for Rs.16,000 INR and withing 9 months it developed cracks of the chairs and i informed the owner Mr.Anjum but he didn\'t cared to repair that and asked me to go ahead file a consumer case. He is not giving any due diligence to the business ethics and no respect for consumer forums. Please register a case against him and bring him to books. Please let me know as 24 hours you are telling for some response
