I would like to file a complaint against Head Post Office, Hisar against its lackadaisical attitude. I had sent a parcel containing a product worth Rs 1700, through registered post vide receipt no. CH001580235IN to Wonder Chef Home Appliances Pvt Ltd, Thane on April 11. Since the parcel has not been delivered even after a month, I have been constantly asking the PO to look into the matter. I had also filed a complaint in this regard with the PO on April 25. However, other than saying that they are looking into the matter, the PO has failed to give me any satisfactory reply about the status of my parcel. I request the forum to kindly redress my grievance.
