Consumer Redressal

I purchased 2KVA inverter on 25-04-2012 from Madathil Marketing Company, 28/1263, K.P Vollon Road, Kadavanthra, Cochin-20, Kerala. The cash receipt number is 1720. The purchase was made on the guarantee that the item will be replaced incase of failure within 3 months of purchase and 1 year free service in case of failure later. Since the inverter was delivered at home and cash receipt given to me at home, the warantee certificate & invoice was to be send by post and copy of same to be emailed to my address. The postal or email has not been delivered yet. Further the inverter failed the next day as it was showing zero output and the temperature was showing 94 degree centigrade. There was fear of possible explosion due to this high temperature. I immediately informed Mr.Suneer of Madathil Marketing who promised replacement by 30-04-2012. So far it is not replaced. Madathil owner Mr.Justin, Regional Manager Mr.Melvin, Suneer & Suneesh is not responding. I need compensation of 10 lakhs.
