Dear Sir / Madam,
I am harrassed from the past 1 year. In the month of November, 2013 all the 30 days of November my landline was dead and inspite of repeated complaints ( thru. internet and phone calls ) nothing was done till 30 days. I was made to visit the Mira Road telephone exchange even after lodging complaint. WHY ?
Again after some months say 2 or 3 sometime around Fenruary or March , 2014 again my landline was dead and inspite of repeated complaints ( thru. internet and phone calls ) finally after some 10 to 12 days it was restored.
Again now my landline is dead from approx. 10 days and nothing has been done inspite of complaints ( thru internet Docket No. 8795 see below )
Please look into the matter and do the needful,
