Consumer Redressal

vodafone company-I had done recharge of 249Rs of 1GB 3G.But they deducted my 800 MB ,even though i had not utilized it.I registered a complaint and even called customer care,met his manger but they are not willing to listen to customers view point and keep on reiterating their own position on the matter.On top of that they are misguiding customers and say that there is nothing called as registration number.And on calling appellate officer someone else spoke on his behalf and mentions nothing about appellate readdressal form.They stick to their position adamantly and conveys that nothing can be done from their side.They also added that you cannot meet the appellate officer and that we do not entertain customers personally.
