I bought a BASIC ORBITREK from R.P.TELEBUY SKYSHOP ,PT LTDTrivandrum on 01.04.2012(Invoice No:TD1112/4609).The product stopped working from september last week and i requested for service on the same day.Till this day they didn\'t came for repair and they are not even attending my call.This product remains idle for almost 4 months.Kindly do the necessary for the sevice.Otherwise i\'ll be forced to file a petition in consumer court.Hope you will take this request seriously and do the necessary asap.
