Consumer Redressal

I am using the services of Hathway Cable Network, though Powervision Cable Operators, Thane. About 7 or 8 months back, I had taken a HD Set top box to view HD channels. Almost once in every 4 or 6 weeks, I used to have problem receiving the signal of HD network. On lodging a complaint, the same used to get resolved over a period of 5 to 10 days. Now, since 22nd of April, none of the HD channels are being received and I m not able to view any HD programmes. I have been repeatedly complaining to the local operator as well as with Hathway directly, which is evident from the mail trails, But till today, the issue has not be resolved. So far in the last 8 months after taking a HD set top box, I have lost the opportunity of viewing the HD programmes for about 40-45 days because of non reception of the HD channels.
