Consumer Redressal

I am residing at H.no. 39, Ward No. 2, Mundi Kharar, Mohali, Punjab. I have a cable connection from SAI CABLE(Service Providers) of FASTWAY CABLE. On 10 may 2014 a person of SAI CABLE came for monthly fee for cable connection of Rs. 200. After giving money he called us to sign on a card and not giving any receipt. Being asked for receipt he disconnected our cable connection not even taken any money. Taking a receipt is consumer right. sir we are being harassed by them. We have set-up box of FASTWAY CABLE, as the product manufactures will be written on it. Please do some action on it so that we will not have to suffer in future.
