we bought a scooty model activa I, make honda from the dealer M/S MAA DURGA AUTOMOTIVES,M.G.ROAD,PO BIRPARA,DIST JALPAIGURI on 29.10.2013 in the name of Ms. Manisha Kerketta. But till now we have not got the RC Book of the scooty whereas we got the number plate affixed on 27.01.2014 (regn date: 03.01.2014, delay of 2 months froom purchasing date).there fore request to take stern action against the dealer as we are unable to show the rc book whenever it is desired by MVI department or traffic police.We request you to direct the dealer to provide compensation for harassment we facing for the neglegence on the part of the dealer.
