Respected Sir, Our Land Line number 08242295711 out of order due to stolen over head cable from Nov 2013. We already informed to the JE of Kinnigoli exchange , GM of Manglore Telecom and CGM of Banglore. But still no positive action was not taken by anybody. We are getting monthly telephone bills in FEB 2014 and APR 2014 . Customer Id 4012557995 Account Number 9026399855 Phone Number 08242295711 Total Due amount 589 as on 05 Apr 2014 I sent so many e-mails to the BSNL officials and i got only 3 replies , which were not satisfactory.Instead of installing new O/H cable Kinnigoli exchange JE sent us a letter, that they were unable resolve our issue. we don\'t have any active mobile networks in our area and WLL also not reachable due to the lack of signal. My parents were senior citizens aged 65 and above.Instead of resolving the issue the JE of kinnigoli exchange pressurising to cancel the connection to avoid generation of monthly bills.
