Consumer Redressal

I am a senior citizen aged 72 yrs have purchase one split AC,Godrej through invoice-18/SA/1415/01492 dt 1/5/14 from Great Estern Trading Co. Ltd. Branch:23/B, Bug Station Road,Kanchrapara,24pgs,WB and paid full in cash of Rs 24000/- But after lapse of so many days the material has not been delivered yet.I have called minimum 20 times during 4/5/14 to 7/5/14 from the mobile of my son +919883247240 to their representative Suresh/Subho M No-+91858389654/+919088976502 but nobody responded.I have send a complaint through their web portal but no response. They are harassing me and as a senior citizen it is impossible for me to regular follow up. I purchase the AC on urgent basis as I felt sick due to high temperature in summer season but due to their irresponsible attitude I am going to more sick. My heartiest prayer to direct them for urgent delivery. I prayed before you to consider my case sympathetically and direct them to paid compensation for harassing a senior citizen intentionally.
