Hi I am writing to you to report the unprofessional (as well as unethical) service being meted out to me and other fellow-citizens by the manufacturers of Akash Tablet (Datawind - http://www.ubislate.com/). I pre-booked a tablet (Ubislate 7+) on 17th Jan 2012 from the datawind website and sent them a cheque of Rs. 2999 in advance (chq No 669132 that was withdrawn from my account in Feb and acknowledged by Datawind). It\'s close to five months now and I still haven\'t received the device. The company\'s so-called contact numbers and e-mail support never respond. After pursuing my case with them, I got a response that the tablet shall be delivered by 31st May 2012. Now, that date has also gone and as expected there has been no delivery of my device. The company has also not informed of the next delivery date. However, it is amazing that they are still not stopping taking orders for new bookings. request you to take action against this erring IT company so that it fulfills the orders.
