I hace completed my PGDM from Tolani Institute of Management Studies (Adipur) in 2010 which is only approved by AICTE and not accredited by AICTE. Now I am serving at an academic institution affiliated with GTU (Gujarat Technological Uni) on ad-hoc basis for last 4 years. GTU follows UGC norms dated on 30.6.2010 which state for recruitment of assistant professor in MBA college a PGDM declared equivalent by AIU/accredited by the AICTE/UGC are eligible to be endorsed in GTU for permanent faculty. Now my college TIMS is neither accredited by AICTE nor affiliated to any univ. at the time of getting admission in PGDM program in 2008 I was not aware that to become permanent faculty member your PGDM Institution should have these many accreditation. What should I do? My future seems dark to me as I will not be permanent from ad-hoc just because my college is not accredited by AICTE. Please help me in this regard.
