i\'ve paid a security deposit of 18000/- for the construction of the house in 2007 and 10000/- in2010 for the renovation of my house after lot of efforts they confirmed the refund of 17400/- and 9275/- on 28 nov 2012 still it did not come into my account whereas they are sending me the maintainance bills alongwith interest and late payment charges .
i gave them in writing in November 2012 and again in May 2014 but all fell on deaf ears rather they are threatening me to take an action against me .
i request you to please look into the unreasonable demand of theirs and also advice them to pay the interest on our amount due to them and adjust it against my maintenance bill.
