I am having a corporate plan on my number but vodafone had activited some other plan on my w.e.f Oct\' 2013. I have complaint to their customer care and their nodal officer but they are saying that it is against my request through an SMS. But i have never sent any sms to them. This has happened previously also. They had activated some STD pack which i had never requested. They accepted their mistake and gave me a refund in early Oct\' 13.
