i have repurchased a 188 sq ft shop at CMC market complex. gariahat. kolkata 700019.i have done the deed of agreement in front of Market superintendent, G.H. MKT. As per demand for name transfer i have paid Rs 1,34100/- on 28/01/2013. and the tittle was transferred and I am paying the rent every month. i got a demand letter on 19.04.2014 of Rs 2,21000 and penalty Rs 25150/-.Mentioned due to there miss calculation they have taken less from me. after one year i am in a pressure. please help me to wave the extra loading and obliged. tapan kr paul shop 01-02 Gariahat market complex, AB block. 212 R.
