Consumer Redressal

i purchased a new refrigeratore from samsung dealer before diwali 2012. there was offer of free mobile when u buy a refrigrator. after buying my dealer was keep telling me that i will get free mobile buy courier...but after 2 months he was keep saying those lines...now when i contacted samsung they r telling me u can not get ur free mobile because offer was only till december 2012....i m surprised that when i buy product in november than how they can refuse to give me free mobile...so pleease help me what should i do now...because i m feeling cheated from both dealer as well as samsung company.... thanks harpreet ludhiana punjab 9803706992
