Dear All, I have reinquired at charkope web word.Now Mr.Nitin (8767376707) from Charkop reliance web confirmed me that my no. 7498538505 won’t get convert to prepaid unless I pay my so called “dues”. Dues – means amount which is pending & not paid is called Dues. From last 4-5 months I have been doing follow-up & paying all my bills on time & before due date. Every time I have paid bill amount I have been promised my reliance executive, that my postpaid connection would be cancelled immediately. This story was from last 4-5 continue, I have all the proof, also mentioned all your executive details whether from call centre or web world. I don’t what type of service you have been providing to customer who is having relation with Reliance from last 6 yrs & with all bills from last 6 yrs paid on time. I have just thought of convert my reliance No.7498538505 from postpaid to prepaid as I was not using more than 3-4 hrs in a month due to my busy schedule. I have been using this connection from last 6 yrs & now continue with prepaid. I have been paying Rs.895/- every month average as its postpaid connection & I have to pay even though daily usage or not. So I have decided to convert this number from prepaid. I have tried my level best from last 4-5 months to convince Reliance communication just a simple request, which turned into complicated matter. Every time new story has come up with new issues. No senior person or concern person ever tried to know the reason & background. Rather Reliance official are busy in collection of money. Just imagine a person from reputed reliance communication assuring you to pay bill & services of postpaid will be stop immediately after payment. Till date my No.7498538505 not converted to prepaid even after paying all bills. Every time I pay bill my postpaid connection not stopped so not able to use prepaid also. I have been doing follow-up now very irritate with reliance behavior. I hope this mail will resolve my query & any educated reliance official whether senior or junior, understand my query & convert to prepaid. Why should I pay Rs.421/- amount as my connection not cancelled by reliance even after payment. Regards, Sachin Sawant 9819859540
