I bought a Samsung led 40\" tv back in December 2013, it has been only 5 months and I had to repair it almost 4 times making it once every month affair. I had been handed a faulty tv set by the dealer which is great eastern trading co. And the tv manufacturing company is just doing service and replacing one faulty part with another. Without any permanent solution. I want relief in form of full money refund or new television set.
