Dear Sir,
I had applied for new connection of HP Gas agency, Kalka 4 months ago. and we go through there regularly but they cannot give any kind of information about that and the behaviour of the staff are so rough and very rude with every customer. Till date i have not get any Gas Cylinder yet. And just because of that i am suffering from mentally harrassement. So i request you to take an immediate necessary action
