i am having post paid number of vodapfone 09768167929 where i was using 1 gb internet package but i requested to upgrade this to 2gb for that i contacted vodafone on 198 and vodafone official confirmed me that it will charge me 700 only (250 for 1gb and 450 for 2gb) but in actual billing vodafone charged me Rs 2240 for 3GB internet charges under heading CAP_1050_30D_R_Promo_3G = Rs1050
