I had bought a Bed from Modfurn in Salt Lake BF Block. The delivery came but the parts of the Bed were missing and the fitter was not able to install the hydraulic system. I have sent reminders to them and spoken with their representative but no action has been taken for a week. Please suggest how I should take it across to effect proper action.
