Hi Team,I have purchased a washing machine on 25th feb 2014 ,now its malfunctining,i called samsung they sent a tech who was incompetant and did the entire operation of the machine (machine was making noise during washing),now they are saying that they will take it to work shop and check again,i want a new piece as this is completely faulty machine but samsung completely said no to replacement
