I bought a 100gms pack of LOPCHU RED LABEL at Rs 125 and realised that the tea DID NOT have either flavour or aroma or any after-taste.When I complained through an email to their Director Mr Kanoria,he refused to acknowledge receipt and till date,has not replaced the pack with a good quality tea.He spoke like a cheap person and admitted that his tea was bad yet he is going on charging at an exhorbitant price of Rs 1250 per kg.Would be grateful if you could kindly have this complaint looked into..Regards
