Consumer Redressal

An amount of rupees 5 has been deducted from my Aircel number on 18.04.14 by saying that I have downloaded such HUNGAMA pack.But I did not do it.I contacted them again and again,but they said that they can not return the money. Same thing happened with me about 3 or 4 months ago i.e they said I have downloaded same HUNGAMA pack and 5 rupees was deducted. That time as soon as I informed them that I have to go to the Consumer Forum,they gave back the money. But this time they are saying that they can do nothing. Sir,I am not an uneducated,I am doing M.Sc from Jadavpur University.I know I did not downloaded anything.Moreover,last time they returned me the money though they said at first that I have downloaded.It is clear that they are doing such cheating with their customers. Rupees 5 is not the matter,but the harassment does. Same thing is repeating. I have faith on you,please do something.Thanking you
