Consumer Redressal

Dear sir, We gave my wedding photos\'s and video contract to Singapore color lab, Sriharipuram, Visakhapatnam on 17 Aug 2013. The photos that were taken are very bad and we have requested them to change some pics and remove few sheets which are not required. The studio guys were regretting my request and they are talking in un manner less language. We paid around 23,500.00 rupees of advance and now they are asking for remaining amount. We also said that to change the design and some pics as we requested so that we can pay the remaining amount to the studio guys. Please take necessary action on the Singapore color lab for talking to the customers in an un manner less language and take necessary action on them and get our wedding video and pics back to us.
