Consumer Redressal

This is with reference to Air Way Bill Number O991L0714164 booked for delivery of book via Snapdeal. The order was booked for home delivery on most accessible address in Pune as promised by Snapdeal via First Flight Couriers. However the same was denied for delivery on said address and was asked to collect it in person from office of first flight couriers near Grahak Peth in Pune. When reached in person and asked to courier service why it is not delivered..? Representative person started arguments in unprofessional way, saying we don\'t deliver couriers on said address and often call the receiver to collect it from here. When requested to give it in writing he again started arguing and challenged to complaint anywhere. This is really embarrassing when one service promises to deliver at your doorstep and other refuses to do it. I want to raise a compaint on this with consumer forum.The courier service has given it in writing for not delivering it on said address by false assumption.
