complaint- order not shipped from last 30 days In continuation to my complaint against order no-S80273096 which is not deliver since last 30 days, Whaaky team reply that your order is preparing to ship.The same reply was I already known from last 20 days because I daily check the order status in your website and their status daily showing the same thing i.e \"preparing to Ship\" how many days you taken for preparing to ship. you also reply that due to overlapping response order is delivered daily basis. I want to know that if you are not able to deliver in standard days i.e. 7-10 days then why you not cancle the order instead of saying product is preparing to ship and can not be cancle . if you will not taken immediate action in this regards , I seriously warn you I Will Complaint the same to the consumer court.
