Consumer Redressal

Saturday, 9Th April 2014 I had gone to pizza hut Inorbit Vashi for my lunch. I ordered a vegetarian pizza and they served me chicken pizza. Being a Gujarati Brahman, have never ever ate non veg in my whole life, so cud not make out that the pizza served to me was a chicken pizza. Later on when i came to know this..i was all shattered, lost my temper n was not understanding what to do next.I called up the manager of that outlet and he is like madam we are sorry for whatever happened, your veg pizza is on table and now you can enjoy your pizza. I lost my temper more badly after hearing this. I created a big scene then n there. Tears rolled out from my eyes cos my sentiments were hurt badly. Eating non veg was against my religion . Then area manager cums and tells me \" Madam please calm down our other customers are getting disturbed and we can lose them. you can take this order as complimentary \" . I was like horrible!! I have complained them but no response from their end. Can I Get Help
