Dear Sir,
I want to complaint about first flight courier company for consignment no.BI0136884 booked on 31/12/12 and was to be delivered on 4/1/13 but not received till today(8/1/13).Neither they are giving any response nor picking up the calls and answering when will the courier be delivered? Please look into the matter and help us to fetch the money for not delivery at the proper time.
