Sir my sister\'s husband died in motor bike accident.who residing in channagiiri tq.davangere dist.with their two mainer doughter. My sister is working as a phamasist and my sister husband working as a highscool teacher in same thalluk. Death After some days some peoples came from havery with his mother .havery is my sister\'s husband native place.they came with sympothy words with lawyer.they put the intention to take case.we are inocent and we gave the case to that lawyer .he filed the case in havery court. In pitition he mentioned mother age 60 year instead of her age is 85 years.and he mentioned my sister residing in havery thalluk with his mother but my sister is residing in channagiri thalluk.as she is working there only .She bared all the loans which had done by her husband for the sake of his sisters marraige.still she is not free from the hospital expenditure during treatment .in that time there is no help from husbands home side .weather for the treatment or for the loan ...all
