1. complaint for selling unconsumable juice Sir, I have purchased two pack of Aloevera juice from Divya Chikitsalaya, C-708, sector-7, Dwarka, palam Extension, New Delhi- 110075 on 03-04-2012. The details of purchase are :- Batch no. AVF - 0001, Cash memo no - 00220, Quantity - two pack of 1 litre each, cost - Rs 200 each pack. Expiry date shown on pack 06/12 i.e. June 2012, Date of purchase - 03-04-2012. As I have two pack of Juice so after consuming of one pack of Juice, when I have opened the next pack of juice for use on 23-04-2012, I found it smelling strongly. I immidiately took it to the above shop and reported them about this. Instead of replacing the pack, the counter people told me that I should have reported the matter to them within a week of purchase. I then explained them how i could have reported the matter to them within a week of purchase when I have not opened the next pack because i am using the first pack.I have also explianed them that expiry date is June 2012
