Consumer Redressal

I am a subscriber to DISH TV under VC no. 01515270095. I had subscribed for HD ROYALE PACK one year subscription in December 26, 2013. At that time many channels including COLOURS HD, CNBC PRIME etc. were being provided as HD channels and were included in the pack. Then suddenly from 1st April, 2014, the company discontinued beaming COLOURS HD, CNBC PRIME HD, HISTORY HD channels and started asking extra money for beaming them in HD. On complaining the company refused to restore the services of these channels in HD. They further refused to refund me my money. I even requested them to continue the services of these channels till my subscription is over. But they refused for all the requests made. This is nothing by cheating the customers, by first alluring them to buy pack having all the channels and thereafter stopping the channels and asking further money for same channels for which he had already paid.
