Consumer Redressal

I recently purchased a car from an advertisement in Quikr.com. The guy who advertised the car informed me that it is his father\'s car who is a senior citizen and therefore a car registered in 2009 was driven for 15000 Kms only. Moreover, to save on tax, the car is registered under his manager\'s name: Arup Das (Address: 5 J.B.S. Halden Avenue,Kolkata - 700105). I bought the car for a very high price considering the mileage run (15000 Kms).Ideally, the vehicle should be 2.5 lakhs for this year of registration. This Mr Aditya Singhal who claimed to be the Son said the vehicle was absolutely accident free. I called up Pinnacle Honda service center today and learnt the vehicle was last serviced in their service station in Aug 2013 and the odometer reading then was around 38000+ kms. Also, the vehicle came to their service station for accidental recovery in Feb 2013 incurring sever damages in the front bumper (both left and right) and along with left door damage.Can I get my money back.
