My Uncle was having salary a/c in Axis bank his debit card is linked with 1Lac Life insurance, He met road acciedent and expired. Now the debit card insurance claim is not able to settle by Axis bank because his debit card is not used in POS transaction. Please guide us how to get the insurance amount from Axis Bank
