My wife Subarna Dutta is a subscriber of LPG from Bharat Gas agency COOKLEAN

KOLKATTA WEST BENGAL 700004 (cons no. 21397). On 19.04.2014 morning, the new cylinder started leaking profusely. The emergency Mob. No. 8017671623 did not take up the matter and advising me to contact the agency.The agency too did not take the call on repeted attempts over the no. 03325544063. Not receiving call was a common phenomenon experienced by me earlier too in different occasions. Then I lodged a complaint through the website stating the exigency and this was acknowledged over my mobile no. giving a reference no. 126981 and stating that the office would contact me shortly. Till today, 22.04.2014 no action was taken by the agency. The agency should not only take action immediately, but also compensate for the inconvenience, trauma and harassment.
