I had taken Andaman Individual Tour of Cox & Kings from 7th Dec 2013 to 11th Dec 2013.I was 7% cash back on the package amount wthin 21 days of completion of the tour.However even after 4 months I have not received my amount even after trying a number of times with cox & kings.Pl help in this regard.
