Consumer Redressal

Dear Sir, I take two educational loan from Central Bank of India, Konnagar Branch, for my wife and my brother for their MBA education purpose. at first bank charged the rate of interest is highly, where women\'s educational loan interest rate 0.50% less than from men\'s. but they are charged the same interest rate in my two accounts. I gave a complain against this last september-october,2013, then they are reversed the excess amount and also told me within 1 month they are rectify the same but till now this is not rectified. also they are charged the compound rate. at last my last semester fees due (80000+80000), i not pay the interest from december\'2013, so they are not give my last semester fees, then college tell me you pay the interest from the last semester fees and balance amount pay to me. but the bank not accept the same. tehir HO accept the same but the RO and BM not accept the same, Please tell me what I do now?
