Subject: Please credit my amount Rs. 7701 in my sbi bank account immediately.
I am sorry to say that the item booked vide Invoice #100005074 for Order #100015458 (placed on 5 March 2014 20:58:36 IST) was unable to ship the item before (12-03-2014, Wednesday, 9.50 pm). Than I have already given the fresh order to Flipkart.com after 10.00 pm presuming that my order vide Invoice #100005074 for Order #100015458 (placed on 5 March 2014 20:58:36 IST) from you treated as cancelled. My fresh booked item in Flipkart.com has already been received by courier (Air service) on 18-03-2014 which was booked on 13-03-2014.
But till Thursday 17-04-2013 you have not remitted my amount to my sbi credit account nor to my sbi bank account despite of following several conversations through five complain ticket and over phone (180030001177).
