Car Loan Availed from Tata Capital - Have a mail from channel partner stating ROI 12.25%, the same was confirmed by tata capital executive. However sanction letter received after availing the loan does not state the ROI, instead of that have a schedule of cashflow. On calculation interest rate arrived exceeding 18%. Raised the issue with both,nut in vain. Later did not paid monthly installment & hard pressed the issue, than these people acknowleded the mistake, regretted & gave me new schedule of cashflow with reduced amount. However even after that my account continously get debited by the older ECS amount.
