My PF A/c No.AP 20015/01,Kadapa. Submitted Form 10D personally on 27-2-2014 at Kadapa Office. I have given Hyderabad Address since I am residing in Hyderabad. They informed me that they have forwarded my papders to Hyderabad on 12-03-2014. But Provident Fund Office (PRO Cell) formed that they have not received papers from Kadapa. In this connection I request you kindly see that Pension is sanctioned at the earliest and oblige
